In turn, our Pharmacy Audit Services team holds our clients’ PBM partners accountable to negotiated contract terms, guaranteed performance, and accuracy of plan design administration through a series of validation checks and comprehensive audit processes.

Excelsior Solutions’ Pharmacy Audit Services team is led by Vice President Marci Guillemette, an industry veteran of nearly 20 years who has served as both Senior Director for a top three PBM client audit support team as well as has led the pharmacy audit practice at a consulting firm. Marci’s experience on both sides of an audit provides a unique perspective that creates efficiencies in the audit process and lends itself to successful negotiation of audit outcomes. Marci and her team have over 35 years combined experience in assessing PBM adherence to contract terms and plan design requirements with our auditors having served in roles that include PBM client audit, prior authorizations, issue resolution, and account management.
